In 1989 graduated from the Faculty of Romance and German Philology, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. Specialty: Philologist. Teacher of the English Language and Foreign Literature.

Dissertation “Schooling Policy in Halychyna in the Context of European Educational Reforms of the 19th century” for a degree of the candidate of pedagogical sciences on specialty 13.00.01 – General Pedagogics and History of Pedagogics was approved by the academic council of the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in April, 2003. 11-15.04.2005 – advanced training course “Pedagogic Seminar. Higher Medical Education and Bologne process’’ at the O.O. Bohomolets National Medical University.

29.09-09.10.2008 – studies in the Centre of Retraining and Post-graduate Education, Ivan Pulyuy Ternopil State Technical University. The course subject is “Development and Introduction of Distance Training Courses’.

Scientific Interests: psycho-sociolinguistic and psychological aspects of teaching/learning foreign languages; peculiarities of professionally oriented training; specifics of interrelations in the paradigm “teacher-student” and “student-students”; innovative technologies in teaching foreign languages; development of students’ foreign language communicative competence, etc.

Methodological and Scientific Publications: authorship of more than 60 printed scientific and methodological papers. Co-authorship in issuing a tutorial “Professional English. Medicine” (Ternopil, 2010) and a national textbook “Professional English in General Medicine” (Lviv, 2013), both recommended for the students of the IVth accreditation level higher educational institutions.
